Fatores associados à qualidade de vida, à satisfação com o sono e com a saúde em mulheres com noctúria: um estudo transversal

Resumo
Introdução: Noctúria é definida como o número de micções durante o principal período de sono. Após acordar para urinar pela primeira vez, cada micção deve ser seguida de sono ou da intenção de voltar a dormir. Objetivo: Investigar os fatores associados à qualidade de vida, a satisfação com o sono e à saúde em mulheres com e sem noctúria. Métodos: A análise estatística incluiu modelagem por regressão logística, testes de significância de Wald, teste de normalidade de Shapiro-Wilk e análise de correlação de Spearman. Resultados: Foram incluídas 131 participantes. Houve associação significativa entre sensação de esvaziamento vesical incompleto (OR=4.897), multimorbidade (OR=4.621) e localidade em Petrópolis (OR=0.359) com a satisfação com a saúde; entre o consumo de cafeína e QV (OR=0,994); e entre sensação de esvaziamento vesical incompleto (OR=2,439) e insuficiência venosa crônica (OR=0,437) com satisfação com o sono. Foi positiva a relação entre o número de micções e o desconforto segundo escala numérica e EVA para noctúria 1 e noctúria 2. Conclusão: A noctúria teve um impacto específico na QV. A sensação de esvaziamento vesical incompleto esteve associada à menor satisfação com a saúde e o sono. A multimorbidade esteve associada à menor satisfação com a saúde.
